Arriyon Creativ makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness or suitability of AI-generated outputs.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property associated with Arriyon Creativ remains the exclusive property of Arriyon Creativ or its licensors. This includes software, source code, designs, logos, branding, graphics, documentation, research materials, website content and product interfaces.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership rights to users.

Feedback and Suggestions

In all cases, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arriyon Creativ, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, expenses or legal costs arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of third-party rights, or content or data you provide.
