Install ChauffeurDesk from the ZIP package supplied by Arriyon Creativ. The optional Luxury Chauffeur theme is not required: the plugin renders its booking and portal interfaces through shortcodes and works with compatible WordPress themes.
Install the plugin
- Sign in to your WordPress dashboard with an administrator account.
- Go to Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
- Choose the ChauffeurDesk plugin ZIP and select Install Now.
- When WordPress finishes installing the package, select Activate Plugin.
- Confirm that the Chauffeur Bookings menu appears in the dashboard.
Activate your license
- Open Chauffeur Bookings → License & Updates.
- Copy the license key supplied with your purchase and paste it into the License key field.
- Select Activate License and wait for the confirmation message.
- Check that the license status is shown as Active.
- Use Validate License if you need to run a fresh validation.
Updates and maintenance
A valid active license is required for licensed plugin updates. Use the normal WordPress plugin update workflow after an update becomes available. Before upgrading, back up the website files and database. For an in-place upgrade, do not manually delete the existing plugin folder; the package is designed to retain the existing data tables.
Keep your setup secure
Use HTTPS, restrict access to administrator and driver pages, keep payment and Maps credentials private, and test configuration changes before using them with live customers.
